SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

AlphaKids designs are the most innovative, unique and are created to provide you with the best experience possible.

We want to be sure you’re satisfied with your order, which is custom made especially for you. 

SHIPPING POLICY:

All orders on Alphakids.in have free shipping unless specified otherwise on a specific product. The Shipping transit times range from 3-4 days/ For customized products, the handling times of 2-3 days can be added. 

RETURNS POLICY 

If your order is wrong, the prints are bad, or the product is damaged in any way, we will gladly replace or exchange any items free of charge within 7 days of the delivery.

However, if the order is a personalized product, we cannot offer any return or exchange as those are made just for you.

REFUNDS POLICY

Once the Returns are accepted, it will take around 7 business days to refund the money back to your account. It will be refunded to the same mode of payment as used while placing the order.
