Orders and Shipping
A normal T-shirt will take maximum a week to reach you.
A Personalized T-shirt may take a couple of days extra as the designers first work on them to make it something that you can cherish.
You can create an account in two ways:
- While Ordering, you can opt in to create an account
- Click on the ‘My Account’ link in the menu and register.
You can change the Shipping address within 24 hours of your order.

Once your order is received and printed, we will send it through a Air based courier service. We will provide you with the tracking id for the same as well so that you may check it yourself.
We will also update the same on the website so that you may login and check too.
We work with highly trusted and secure Stripe and RazorPay as our payment partners. We don’t store any of your payment information on our site.
All GST is already included in the final price of your product. We don’t charge any additional taxes.
Currently, we are only shipping to India, However, we plan to launch a similar global store soon.
We belive in getting your order to you as soon as possible. As the printing time for different things can be different, there is a chance that your order items may come in separate packages.

Returns and Exchanges
The returns are only accepted for non-personalized items. The return window for these items is 7 days from the day of delivery.

Once the Returns are accepted, it will take around 7 business days to refund the money back to your account. It will be refunded to the same mode of payment as used while placing the order.

In case you received a damaged item, you may share a picture of the same within 48 hours of its delivery and we will exchange it with the right one.
No problems at all. Please click a picture of the damaged product / part and send it to us at support@alphakids.in. We will get your product exchanged.

In case you entered a wrong address, you may change it within 24 hours by mailing us at support@alphakids.in
